Well i got Pandora about two weeks ago, i adopted her, she was once at a somebody's house who used to beat her ever since she was small. I've been treating her real well and we're getting very close, but once about 4 days ago i left the house and so did my friend so she had to stay all alone for quite a long time, the next day she was literally ignoring me and even tried to bite me, my question is, is it because i had left her for a day so she's disappointed and it was kind...

I have a brand new 7 week old hound mix puppy, i've been reading up all night about colds,
and im just really worried, her snot is yellowish when i wipe it, and when she sleeps she sounds very congested.
When i take her out to potty she'll sneeze a few times. She's coughed up white stuff too, but just once.
At the Animal shelter she did this too. Her nose gets wet and snotty, shes had one eye booger, but when she sleeps it gets dry.

I'm curious - after my dog chihuahua poops, should I use toilet paper to wipe my dog's ass of poop residue? My father said he don't like the dog sitting on the sofa or carpet smearing poop residue on them and spreading bacteria. Any suggestion?

This is Baker. She is a Black Lab, Gordon Setter, Burnese Mountain Dog mix.
We adopted her from a family who didn't want her anymore. They didn't feel she was worthy to attempt to find a home for her. She was rescued from immediate euthanasia and we adopted her. Baker is a sweetheart and has been a delightful member of our family!

My 12 year old bitch, Bonnie, has grown a huge claw on one of her back paws - when I say huge I mean it, it makes her look like a velociraptor. I am frightened to take her to the vet's because I have heard it may involve an operation and she is old and quite slow and I don't think her heart is up to it.

I don't want her put down either.

I have a Chihuahua (she's just now a year old) and a German Shepherd (3 1/2 years old).

Luna doesn't know she's a wee little thing. She thinks she's as big as Gypsy. And here's some footage of the two of them "guarding" the house from... the sight of neighbors!
